10Creamer's unusual diet paying off

RICHMOND, Texas – Paula Creamer believes her unusual menu of meals last week might be why she’s feeling so good at the LPGA Tour championship.

“Knock on wood,” she said.

Before leaving for the Lorena Ochoa Invitational in Mexico last week, Creamer stuffed her suitcase full of 40 pounds of packaged and canned foods. In with the clothes, she crammed a dozen or so cans of Chef Boyardee, about the same number of cans of Chicken of the Sea tuna, 16 fruit cups, 16 apple-sauce cups, boxes of Ritz Bitz and a jar of peanut butter. A lot of it went into her parents’ suitcase.

“We paid $140 in fees for overweight suitcases,” Creamer said. “My poor dad, he only had five shirts to wear.”

Creamer took the precaution because she came down with a mysterious malady after returning from the Lorena Ochoa Invitational in Guadalajara exactly a year ago. She spent the night before the final round of the season-ending ADT Championship in the hospital in West Palm Beach, Fla. The intestinal malady, never definitively diagnosed despite extensive testing, plagued her much of this year, though she seems finally to have shaken it.

“I ate Chef Boyardee everyday," Creamer said of her diet last week. "I had to learn from last year. I took extra precautions.”

“PC is a hottie to be certain. What the LPGA really needs is for her hotness to win some majors. As narrow-minded and simplistic as this reads, a handful of equally hot and equally talented female golfers might be able to capture the casual or new fan's attention just long enough for those people to see past the exterior looks and notice the great golf and role models. If you can get them to the golf part and they see how truly exceptional the talent, then the rest becomes unnecessary because they are now fans. Why don't you poll Paula, Natalie, Anna R and G, Michelle, Erica, Suzanne, Sandra and any other female professional who is considered hot or good-looking and see if they take exception to being sex symbols in addition to role models and incredibly talented, hard-working professionals. it might be interesting to check the responses.”

“Karen Hurd is the premier nutritionist for solving such intestinal dilemnas. Google her, then connect with her. She was my savior after no one else could help me. You will see by her background how dedicated and capable she is. I just know she would get Paula stable.”

Maybe some StarKist light tuna fillet in foil packets but nothing pack in oil! Supplements:Liquid daily multivitamin, Caltrate-calcium Supplement 600-D, SLOW FE-Iron Supplement,Spring Valley Natural B complex-Metabolism Support. “I have dealt with IBS issues for years and this year after returning from Costa Rica my issues were really bad . I have had many scope test etc...conclusion ... Intestines are red and swollen???? I have been taking many good bacteria supplements and I have found he ones called Pearls are the best. Eating out often like the touring pro's do can really take a toll on your body. I hope Paula finds a good Naturapathic type doctor and gets great care she has a very promising career. The top hospitals and Dr's seem almost clueless when it comes to good bacteria and stomach issues. (my original workup was at the Cleveland Clinic). We all have different ph levels in our bodies which effects bad bacteria and good bacteria. As ph levels drop bad bacteria thrives. Bad bacteria grows much faster than good bacteria. Another thought about why hospitals are clueless: Look at the outbreak of staff infections in hospitals around the USA. Good luck Paula and the info is out there go in search of.. Bill V”

“ If I was Ms' Craamers parent, this young lady would check into the Mayo clinic after this week, and not come out until the problem is found and the proper cure perscribed..She has a whole lifetime in front of her, and this needs to be done to insure it..there is a bug there somewhere, and someone has to find it...STUB”
