Kelly Tilghman reported Sunday that Ari Fleischer is no longer offering his consulting services to Tiger Woods. Tilghman said on Sunday’s Golf Central that Team Tiger said Fleischer was “Withdrawing his services from that camp.”

“[Fleischer] feels like he’s becoming too big a part of the story,” Tilghman said Sunday following her exclusive interview with Woods at Isleworth. “He felt like that it was time for Tiger to have complete due and his name doesn’t need to keep coming up.”

“Wow, a lot of jealousy and hate out there. Tiger fell for temptation, most men ai know have been tempted, some have had affairs, some not. The fact of the matter is we are all human. Im 74 now, I had a few trysts in my 30s, almost cost me my marriage and everything else including my self respect. Thanks to a wonderful wife, she stuck with me and we have had a great marriage since. We have our 54th anniversary in April. Leave Tiger alone, it is between him and Elin. Its none of my business or anyone's business. Only the media and the do as I say and not as I do crowd is harping on Tiger. Leave the politics out of it, there is nothing dirtier than a politician. This is golf. If you don't like Tiger don't watch him.”

“I want all you TW slobberers to think about why TW would even consider letting someone else talk for him! He committed no crimes and does not have to tell anyone a thing! So, to even consider Fleischer, there must be something else going on. I think so many lies are being told that TW does not want to field questions RE: "that night." There might have been witnesses that either don't want to get involved or have already been "taken care of." Anyway, the Masters should be a carnival and circus all wrapped up into a TV show called "Desperate Golfer!" Tiger should quit with the silly short, limited, time restricted, Q&As because he is beginning to look more and more ridiculous! There will be no "Golden Globe" or "Oscar" for his role as a sex addict turned Buddhist monk! ”

“Eh, Golfchannel.comTeam....As if this man has any credibility. TW's think tank shows their ineptness in getting the right people in the right seat on the TW bus. Read on; Fleischer is mentioned in Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald's indictment of Libby. The indictment states that Libby told Fleischer (referred to as the White House press secretary in the indictment) that Ms. Plame worked for the 'CIA' and that this fact was not well-known. After receiving an immunity agreement, Fleischer testified that he had revealed Ms. Plame's identity to reporters after learning it from Libby. If the man has ethics and character credentials then why immunity. He sold his soul. You get three guesses to who and the first two don't count.”

“Truthtopower - you sound like you know Fleischer personally. If he were a socialist, would you then be ok with Tiger conferring with him? The old adage, "two heads are better than one" is all that's going on here. Like Tiger said, if his father had been alive, things may have been quite different. Allow Tiger the wisdom of seeking guidance from whomever he chooses; try de-caf for a change and move to China, where you belong. ”

“Holy Moly truthtopower we're talking golf here. Is there not anyplace a liberal won't slam a republican or conservative?!! If James Carville was advising him I would not have even thought to say anything like this on this post. More power to Ari who is one of the best in his field, and to Tiger ans his people as well for knowing this fact and having the intelligence in utilizing Ari's talents. I would even go so far to say that the interviews Tiger gave this weekend might very well have been Ari's idea, (don't know for sure but could have been), so lighten up please!”

“Tiger associating with Ari Fleischer in any way, shape or form would indicate Tiger's judgement still needs some work. Fleischer is a divisive right wing idiot who can only hurt Tiger's comeback. I hope the news of Fleischer's non-involvement is true. ”
