“ok, he's sorry who cares? Tiger is a golfer thats all any of us should care about. Anyone who keeps up with his private life is needs help. The media only reports on this stuff, because they have no morals and the public is ignorant enough to watch it. People get a life. Tiger get back to golf thats what we should care about.”

“Tiger explained how the successes in golf brought about temptations that he felt he "deserved". Tiger's singular focus from early childhood has been on golf, not participating in a "normal" childhood. Is he unlike other gifted persons whose quick and early successes later led to unusual social behavior...NO! I don't think there is one among us who has not yielded to some temptation, as some point in their lives. Tiger's success pushed him into a position of power, and power creates its own morality as we see daily in the lives of celebrities and politicians. The public revelation and humiliation will ultimately define Tiger's character. He made his apology, he explained his behavior and acknowledged his mistakes. I, and I believe others, will accept it, and only time will indicate whether it is sincere, evidenced by his behavior both on and off the golf course. I wish him the best of continued success, as his true measure of manhood will be as a father and husband. ”

“We all live in glass houses, and now we need to step back and let the man get back to the real issue. Family is, and always should be first. People argue that he wasn't sincere, how do we know? We are not in his soul! Tiger is a golfer, a man; more importantly, a husband and a father. Let him heal, and let his family ...heal. Let them get strong, and then let him return to the only reason we really care - GOLF!!!See More”

“Its funny how the golf world dont tantrums on golf course by Tiger but they talk about shitty perceptions about him being a robots, hypocrites. NOT everyone can be the same and NOT everyone came golf from a silverpsoon/priveledged background.”

“Lots of loose talk over last few months that he who earns his living in public has no privacy rights. Nonsense, and no justification for prurient voyeurism. Talent and some privacy can coexist. More specifically, he has not used his family as part of his branding. They've issued barely any official family photos, and those few exist only to buy space from the media for his family, and form no part of his endorsements. If people thought he was a perfect family man, or indeed a perfect human being, then that is down to their own projection, not anything he said. Time and again i have heard the opposite. He claimed to perfect, he claimed moral purity, he used his family to dupe millions out ot sponsors. Just rubbish in the main. Thats going a bit far. Sure there was a branding strategy, but based more on professional not personal qualities.”
