Did I hear this so called announcer say, now I'm not sure of this. HE was doing an ad for the story on Ken Green they have coming up and he was talking about the accident which killed his brother in law or whatever. Then he said the terrible accident from which Ken Green WALKED away. I hope I was wrong about that, but it would be about right for him

I've grown to dislike Slow, but if he said "walked", he's likely to have meant it in a symbolic way, rather than physical... as if to say "He walked away from death...".

"Slow" seems to be catching on as the new nickname here for Rich Lerner.

"Bu88les" has become the top nickname for Michelle Wie. Apparently her fan club or firends call her "Bubbles" but a clever DB member here changed the "bb" to "88" in the spelling to commemorate the time she quit a tournament when it become obvious that she wouldn't break 88 on the scorecard, which means a lengthy suspension from playing in LPGA tournaments.
