I know it is boring ( and really that is what you are doing by asking question), but do your research.
I owned a Sky Caddie, two of them in fact, both were dismal failures with regard to their build, both had hardware failure. The first one was within the warranty period (died after 14 days). The second one also died, within the warranty period, but I was out of the country and could not pursue a remedy.
My advice based on my trouble with Sky Caddie's customer service and product would be to stay away.
(Since the first had died within two weeks and I had excitely paid for the extended warranty and forked over for the subscription, you would think it simple to transfer that paid account to the new Sky Caddie. Each time I called I was told that the problem is easy to solve. All the account needed was have the serial number on first transferred to the account for the second. Never happened.)
