Michelle Wie is scheduled to play in the Omega Women's masters in Dubai from December 7th until the 12th.

Stanford has its final exams scheduled for the same days, so the question for her doubters will be which of the two will she blow off?

I got this information from my granddaughter so I assume it's accurate.

They are electrified that she is playing.
-----------------------------
After a tremendously successful rookie season on the LPGA Tour, which also saw her play a key role in the US team's Solheim Cup victory, the 20-year-old is expected to electrify the tournament when she joins an already talented field from Europe in what promises to be an intense Desert Duel.

Some classes have take home exams, term papers, or term projects instead of traditional in class exams. These can be done anywhere and submitted electronically or turned in early. Also many professors will allow students to schedule their final exam early (but not later, since that would be unfair giving people more study time).

Until there's evidence she has permission from her classes and the school, the score is...

Golf - 1
Stanford - 0

"the 20-year-old is expected to electrify the tournament "

What's she going to do, stick a paper clip into an electrical outlet to see how deep the holes are?

So you're saying that playing golf makes her guilty.... I didn't say that.... All I've written is that she's favoring golf. Why do you think she's guilty?
