“Tina Miller...Jose' and I golfed with you a couple years ago at MCC. I'll never forget you joining me on the 11th hole womens tee. As you approached the tee box, I exclaimed "You're teeing off from HERE?!" And you said, 'Well, yeah, I'm a girl" I was soooooo intimidated by you and you were absolutely the most patient, generous person I have ever played with (along side Jack Nicklaus's best friend in college!!)
