“In the early 80's the Black was the only course at Bethpage where you didn't have to wait to play. When I was going to school @ SUNY Framingdale, I used to go out there 3-4 times a week! I knew that course like the back of my hand, toughest one I've ever played and the hills will just flat wear you out. 15-16-17 are 3 nasty holes in a row even without the fatigue factor. Is no. 7 a par 5 this year? When I played there it was but the tee was in a different place then where it was in 2002?”
