Description: The Photo Challenge Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 9:00:01 A.M. ET on September 29, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on December 21, 2009 ("Sweepstake Period"). Each day of the Sweepstakes Period is defined by Eastern Time ("ET"). The Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) individual weekly sweepstakes ("Weekly Sweepstakes"), ninety-six (96) text-to-win hourly sweepstakes (“Hourly Sweepstakes”), one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes (“Grand Prize Sweepstakes”) and one (1) overall sweepstakes (“Overall Sweepstakes”) as illustrated in the Sweepstakes Chart below. Each Weekly Sweepstakes begins at 12:0 0:01 A.M. on a Tuesday and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. the following Monday with the exception of the first Weekly Sweepstakes which starts at 9:00:01 A.M. on September 29, 2009. Each Hourly Sweepstakes begins on a Thursday of the Fall Series Tournament week and ends the following Sunday (times vary – see chart below). The Grand Prize Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:01 A.M. ET on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on Monday, December 21, 2009. The Overall Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:01 A.M. ET on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on Monday, December 21, 2009.

2. How to Enter the Weekly Sweepstakes, Grand Prize Sweepstakes and Overall Sweepstakes:

Online: To participate in any of the Weekly Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period watch the PGA TOUR Fall Series or Big Break Disney Golf coverage on the Golf Channel for the Photo Challenge segment (“Feature Segment”). See tournament dates and times in chart above. Watch the Big Break: Disney Golf Tuesdays from 10:00 pm ET until 11:00 pm ET from October 13 through December 15, 2009. Check local TV listings for The PGA TOUR fall series tournament and Big Break Disney Golf schedules in your local viewing area, which may be changed or pre-empted without notice or call your cable or satellite TV service provider broadcasting the program for details. The Feature Segment will include a Photo Trivia Question (in the form of questions and answers). After the Photo Trivia Questions are aired, access http://www.GolfChannel.com ("Website") and click on the Sweepstakes text link or icon. You must be registered with GolfChannel.com to enter a particular Weekly Sweepstakes. If you are a registered user, then enter your email address and the answer to the Weekly Sweepstakes multiple choice question (“Question”) regarding Photo Trivia, as featured on-air on Golf Channel, for that particular Weekly Sweepstakes, where indicated and click on "Enter". Only one (1) attempt per day to correctly answer the Question will be allowed per person. The Question will change for each Weekly Sweepstakes period with the exception of the trivia question remaining the same for the first two (2) Weekly Sweepstakes. If you are not a registered user, after you input your email address and answer to the Question for that particular Weekly Sweepstakes and click on "Enter", you will be taken to a GolfChannel.com sign up form. The sign up form requires your first name, last name, street address (including city, state and zip/postal code, no P.O. Boxes), birth date, email address, telephone number (including area code) (optional), password of your choice and optional personal information (collectively "Entry Information"). Although telephone number is optional, it is the preferable way to contact potential winners. Submit the completed sign up form and click "Sign up" to enter. You will receive one (1) entry into the current Weekly Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize Sweepstakes and the Overall Sweepstakes drawing when you enter as a current registrant or register and enter as a new registrant with the correct answer to the Question for that particular Weekly Sweepstakes and the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing ("Internet Entry"). Participants can only register and enter the Sweepstakes under one (1) user password and one (1) email address. To be eligible for a particular Weekly Sweepstakes, Internet Entries must be received by the "End Time and Date" for that Weekly Sweepstakes, as stated in the Chart above. Internet Entries for the last Individual Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize Sweepstakes and for the Overall Sweepstakes must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. on December 21, 2009. The Question for a particular Individual Sweepstakes must be answered correctly in order to be eligible to enter that particular Individual Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Internet Entry per person per email address per day.

2. How to Enter the Hourly Sweepstakes and Overall Sweepstakes:

Text Message: In order to enter any Hourly Sweepstakes, you must have a text message capable mobile phone. To participate in any one of the ninety-six (96) Hourly Sweepstakes and the Overall Sweepstakes, starting at 4:00:01 P.M. ET October 1, 2009 to 9:59:59 P.M. ET November 15, 2009 tune in daily during the airing of the PGA TOUR Fall Series and listen watch for the code (“Code”) during the dates and times listed in the above chart. Codes will also be displayed on screen. Check local TV listings for Fall Series tournament coverage schedules in your local viewing area, which may be changed or pre-empted without notice or call your cable or satellite TV service provider broadcasting the Show for details and broadcast schedule. After you secure the Code, message it to short code 44264 (“Text Entry”). Text Entries for the last Hourly Sweepstakes must be received by 9:59:59 P.M. ET November 15, 2009. Multiple entries of any kind in excess of the above-stated limits by the same person will be disqualified. All Entry Information is required and must be completed in full. If an entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Proof of delivery or receipt of Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor (defined below) as proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. The Website’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of this Sweepstakes.

Entrants can enter any Weekly Sweepstakes and any Hourly Sweepstakes simultaneously.

3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec), who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of September 29, 2009 and who possess a valid Social Security, personal tax I.D number or Social Insurance Number issued by the appropriate government agency. Employees of TGC, Inc. d/b/a Golf Channel ("Sponsor"), PGA TOUR, Inc., Disney Resorts, Eastman Kodak Company, cable operators, multiple service providers, advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, or any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

4. Prizes/Odds of Winning:

One (1) Grand Prize ("GP"): GP consists of one (1) trip for GP winner and three (3) guests (“Guests”) to the Walt Disney Resort in Orlando, FL for five (5) days/four (4) nights (“Trip”). Trip includes:

·         Round-trip coach-class air transportation for GP winner and Guests from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near the GP winner’s residence in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) to Orlando International Airport

·         Hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room) with a maximum of four (4) persons per room at a hotel at the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort for three (3) nights.

·         One (1) night’s stay will be in the Cinderella Castle Suite located in the Magic Kingdom® Park;

·         Four (4) five (5) day Magic Your Way tickets with Park Hopper ® option;

·         One (1) Animal Kingdom VIP Safari experience for winner and Guests;

·         One (1) hour family Golf Lesson for winner and guests at a WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort golf course;

·         One (1) round of golf for winner and Guests at Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course;

·         One (1) Disney Gift card in the value of $1,000 U.S. for meals and souvenirs;

·         Four (4) KODAK Zi8 Pocket Video Cameras (one (1) for winner and each of the allotted Guests) and;

·         Four (4) Golf Channel/TaylorMade 22” Players Carry on Bags (one (1) for winner and each of the allotted Guests)

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of GP is: $6,873.76 U.S. GP Winner must be able to travel to Orlando, FL between January 02, 2010 and September 01, 2010 (travel dates to be selected by GP winner and are subject to Sponsor’s final approval at its sole discretion) or prize will be forfeited.

Thirty-Six (36) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes (three (3) prizes per Weekly Sweepstakes): Each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner will receive one (1) of the following three (3) prize packs selected at random: Prize to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion.

·         One (1) Disney Golf Prize Pack including Disney Character Head Covers, Case of Disney Character Golf Balls, and $100 U.S. Disney Gift Card; OR

Odds of winning a Weekly Sweepstakes Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received for that Individual Weekly Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Internet Entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning an Hourly Sweepstakes prize depends on the total number of eligible Text Entries received for that particular Hourly Sweepstakes. Air transportation will be provided only if GP winner resides more than one hundred (100) miles from Orlando, FL. Disney Gift Card is subject to stated terms and conditions and is valid only at WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort. Trip is subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and black-out dates, and all other prize and travel restrictions. GP winner and Guests must book their travel at the same time. GP winner and Guests must take air travel on same travel itinerary. GP winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, meals and gratuities. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates are permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If GP winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be one of the allotted travel Guests. If a GP travel Guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the GP winner or one of the allotted Guests. If GP winner and/or travel Guests are residents of Canada they must obtain all necessary and required travel documents (passports, travel visas, etc.). In the event that the GP (or any portion of the GP) becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of the Walt Disney World Resort, all other prize components will serve as full satisfaction of the prize and no additional compensation will be awarded. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for a prize (or prize component) is permitted, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) for one of equal value for any reason. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. Prizes and prize notifications will only be shipped to street addresses in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec in Canada). All federal, state, provincial, or other taxes are sole responsibility of winners. GP Winner will receive a 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of prize (stated herein) that he/she won in the calendar year that he/she won.

5. Drawing and Notification of Winners: For each Weekly Sweepstakes three (3) potential winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible Internet Entries received for that particular Weekly Sweepstakes in a drawing held on or about one (1) week from the end date listed in the Chart above. Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Internet Entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period in a drawing held in on or about December 28, 2009. For each Hourly Sweepstakes one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Text Entries received for that particular Hourly Sweepstakes in an automated drawing to take place within approximately three business days after that particular Hourly Sweepstakes. Overall Sweepstakes Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Internet Entries and Text Entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period in a drawing held in on or about December 28, 2009. All drawings will be conducted by Golf Channel in Orlando, FL. Internet Entries for a particular Weekly Sweepstakes will not be retained for subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes drawings. All eligible Weekly Sweepstakes Internet Entries will be retained for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing. Text Entries for a particular Hourly Sweepstakes will not be retained for subsequent Hourly Sweepstakes drawings and are not eligible for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing. All eligible Hourly Sweepstakes Text Entries will be retained for the Overall Sweepstakes Prize drawing. Potential winners (their parent or legal guardian, if winners are residents of a jurisdiction that does not deem them to be of the age of majority) will be notified by email or telephone within five (5) business days of the drawing date with the exception of the Hourly Sweepstakes potential winners which will be notified via reply text message immediately after the drawing for that particular Hourly Sweepstakes has taken place. Once notified, potential winners will have three (3) business days from the date the email or reply text message was sent within which to respond to the prize notification email or reply text message, or his/her entry will be disqualified and his/her prize forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if his/her prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If an entrant changes his/her email address after he/she enters the Sweepstakes, it is his/her sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor by postal mailing notice to the address listed below, to be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. 6. General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Canadian potential winners must correctly answer a time-based mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone/mail to be eligible for a prize. Potential GP winner (if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems winner to be a minor, his/her parent or legal/guardians), at Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be required to execute, sign, have notarized and return an unaltered original Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal) and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively "Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days after receipt by potential GP winner or such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential GP winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Thus, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: (1) entry and/or a winner’s (winner’s parent/legal guardian, if winner is minor) acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use such winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on Website, on-air on the Golf Channel, on Video on Demand, on affiliate cross channel, and/or public relations press releases), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or any prize awarded and (2) Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Sponsor will not provide any personally identifying information of minors, regardless of its source, to any third party without the express written consent of entrant’s parent/legal guardian. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Sweepstakes Entry, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the authorized account holder of the email address account associated with that Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed the entrant. Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for multiple Entries of any kind entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are late, destroyed, forged, lost, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of the prize(s) awarded herein; even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of the Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
