1. Description: The GOLF CHANNEL 2008 Amateur Tour: Pro-Am Giveaway (The “Sweepstakes”) begins on February 4, 2008 at 12:00 P.M. (noon) ET and ends on 11:59 P.M. ET on August 25, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Each day of the Sweepstakes Period is defined by Eastern Time (“ET”). The sweepstakes consists of Six (6) Individual Sweepstakes (“Individual Sweepstakes”) and one (1) overall Sweepstakes (“Overall Sweepstakes”). All six (6) Individual Sweepstakes and Overall Sweepstakes begin at 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET on February 4, 2008 and end on various dates (See chart below for specific End dates for each Individual Sweepstakes and the Overall Sweepstakes).

2. How to Enter via the Internet: By joining or renewing your membership to the GOLF CHANNEL Amateur Tour (“Tournament Membership”), you will receive one (1) entry into the current Individual Sweepstakes and one (1) entry into the Overall Sweepstakes drawing. Current members in good standing of the GOLF CHANNEL Amateur Tour as of the Sweepstakes start date will automatically receive one (1) entry in the current Individual Sweepstakes and one (1) entry the Overall Sweepstakes drawing. To become a member of the Tournament or to renew your membership online, access GolfChannel.com and click on the Amateur Tour textlink, icon, or banner. Users will then be taken to the GOLF CHANNEL Amateur Tour sweepstakes page (www.golfchannel.com/amateurtour). From this page, select your city or region and click on the "Join Now" button to be taken to a registration page. Complete the registration and payment information to sign up for the GOLF CHANNEL Amateur Tour (“Internet Entry”). The fee to join the GOLF CHANNEL Amateur Tour is $199 U.S. and $179 U.S. for renewal membership but different fees apply to play at the different Tour Locations. (For Tournament Tour Locations and fees visit www.golfchannel.com/amateurtour). Limit one (1) Internet Entry per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Internet Entries for a particular Individual Sweepstakes and the Overall Sweepstakes must be received by the time and date specified in the Chart above. How to Enter at a Tour Location: You may also join the GOLF CHANNEL Amateur Tour by signing up and paying the $199 U.S. registration fee PLUS that particular Tour Location fee to play (“Tour Location Entry”). To sign up locate the registration table at Tour Location. For Tour Locations, dates and fees visit GolfChannel.com and click on the Amateur Tour text link, icon, or banner. Limit one (1) Tour Location Entry per person per Tour Location. Tour Location entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. ET on August 25, 2008. Multiple Internet/Tour Location entries in excess of the above stated limits by the same person will be disqualified. How to enter via Mail: To obtain entry without purchase of any kind, joining the Amateur Tour or playing in a tournament, on a piece of paper legibly hand-print your complete first name, complete last name, complete mailing address (including ZIP/postal code; no P.O. Boxes), country, birth date, email address (optional), and telephone number (including area code), insert it in a business size (#10) envelope with proper postage affixed and mail to: GOLF CHANNEL 2008 Amateur Tour: Pro-Am Giveaway “Mail Entry” P.O. Box 6493, Burbank, CA 91510 (“Mail Entry”). Enter as often as you wish. Limit one (1) Mail Entry per hand printed envelope. Mail Entries with metered postage will not permitted. Mass produced Mail Entries will be disqualified. Mail Entries must be received five (5) business days after the end of an Individual Sweepstakes or the Overall Sweepstakes. See Chart above for Individual Sweepstakes and Overall Sweepstakes drawing end dates. Your entry will be entered into the next Individual Sweepstakes drawing that takes place after your entry has been received and the Overall Sweepstakes drawing, and in all subsequent Individual Sweepstakes drawings. All entry information is required and must be completed in full. If an entrant resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Proof of delivery or receipt of Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor (defined below) as proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.

3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec (Canada)), who are physically located and residing therein, who are 18 years of age or older as of February 4, 2008 and who are not Professional Golf players. Employees of TGC, Inc. d/b/a The Golf Channel (“Sponsor”), American Amateur Golf Tour, Comcast Corporation, GOLF CHANNEL, SkyCaddie, Winn Grips, LINKS, The Golf Warehouse (TGW), Sweepstakes administrator, participating stations, stations airing Golf Channel, cable operators, multiple service providers, advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in production, development, implementation or handling of Sweepstakes, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, or any other person or entity associated with Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

4. Prizes/Odds of Winning: Eight (8) Prizes will be awarded (one (1) prize per Individual Sweepstakes # 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6; two (2) prizes for Individual Sweepstakes # 4; and one (1) prize for Overall Sweepstakes): Individual Sweepstakes # 1: One (1) winner will receive the opportunity to play a Pro Am Spot in the Ginn Championship at Hammock Beach on March 27, 2008 in Palm Coast, FL. Individual Sweepstakes # 2: One (1) winner will receive the opportunity to play a Pro Am Spot in the Ginn Tribute Hosted by ANNIKA on May 28, 2008 in Charleston, SC. Individual Sweepstakes # 3: One (1) winner will receive the opportunity to play a Pro Am Spot in the John Deere Classic on July 9, 2008 in Silvis, IL. Individual Sweepstakes # 4: Two (2) winners will receive the opportunity to play a Pro Am Spot in the Wyndham Championship on August 11, 2008 in Greensboro, NC. Individual Sweepstakes # 5: One (1) winner will receive the opportunity to play a Pro Am Spot in the Albertson’s Boise Open on September 10, 2008 in Boise, ID. Individual Sweepstakes # 6: One (1) winner will receive the opportunity to play a Pro Am Spot in the Navistar LPGA Classic on October 8, 2008 in Prattville, AL. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to, air and ground transportation, lodging and gratuities. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Individual Sweepstakes prize is: $ 2,500 U.S.). Overall Sweepstakes: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Golf Channel Ambassador Prize Pack including: One (1) official Golf Channel Golf Bag, One (1) official Golf Channel hat, One (1) dozen Official Golf Channel golf balls (Golf brand TBD at sponsors sole discretion) and One (1) official Golf Channel Adidas Golf Polo Shirt (ARV of the Overall Sweepstakes prize is: $ 225 U.S.). ARV of all Prizes is: $ 17,725 U.S. Limit one (1) prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible Internet, Tour Location, and Mail Entries (collectively “Entries”) received for that particular Individual Sweepstakes and non-winning eligible Entries received for previous Individual Sweepstakes. Prizes must be used by the specific dates stated above or prize will be forfeited and no additional compensation will be awarded. Pro-Am Spot may only be used at the specified Pro-Am event or it will be forfeited and no additional compensation will be awarded. In order to participate in the 2008 PGA TOUR, LPGA TOUR, CHAMPIONS TOUR and NATIONWIDE TOUR Pro-Am tournaments, winners must have a handicap of 27 or less certified by a Club Professional or Handicap Chairman and registered with the United States Golf Association (“USGA”). IF YOUR GOLF CLUB IS NOT A MEMBER OF THE GHIN (GOLF HANDICAP & INFORMATION NETWORK) SYSTEM AND YOUR PERSONAL GHIN NUMBER IS NOT INDICATED, THEN CURRENT HANDICAP INDEX AND HANDICAP MUST BE CERTIFIED BY A CLUB PROFESSIONAL, THOSE PLAYERS NOT HAVING A CERTIFIED HANDICAP MUST CONTACT THE PRO-AM DIRECTOR FOR RESOLUTION. In the event that the GP winner’s handicap score is not registered with the USGA as listed above or the handicap score does not meet the PGA TOUR, LPGA TOUR, CHAMPIONS TOUR and NATIONWIDE TOUR Pro-AM requirements, winner’s participation in the PGA TOUR, LPGA TOUR, CHAMPIONS TOUR and NATIONWIDE TOUR event Pro-Am tournament will be substituted for a round of golf at a course and location selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Prizes subject to weather conditions, PGA TOUR and LPGA TOUR restrictions. Upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Sweepstakes Official Rules, winners will be contacted and instructed on how to claim their prize. If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses. If a winner is a resident of Canada, he/she must obtain all necessary and required travel documents (passport, travel visa, I.D., etc.). No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for a prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) with one of equal value for any reason. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. Prize notifications shipped to street addresses in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec) only. All federal, state, provincial, or other taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Winners will receive an IRS Tax Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of the prize (stated herein) that he/she has won in the calendar year he/she won.

5. Drawing and Notification:For Individual Sweepstakes # 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received for that particular Individual Sweepstakes and all non-winning eligible Entries received for previous Individual Sweepstakes in a drawing held on or about two (2) weeks after that Individual Sweepstakes has ended by Sweepstakes administrator. For Individual Sweepstakes # 4, two (2) potential winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received for that particular Individual Sweepstakes and all non-winning eligible Entries received for previous Individual Sweepstakes in a drawing held on or about two (2) weeks after that Individual Sweepstakes has ended by Sweepstakes administrator. For Overall Sweepstakes, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from among all non-winning eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a drawing held on or about two (2) weeks after the Overall Sweepstakes has ended by Sweepstakes administrator. Potential winners (his/her parent or legal guardian, if a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that does not deem him/her to be of the age of majority) will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of that particular drawing. If a potential winner is notified by email he/she must respond within five (5) business days of notification of winning to claim his/her prize or an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if his/her prize notification is returned as undeliverable, and/or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Non-winning Entries for a particular Individual Sweepstakes will be retained for subsequent Individual Sweepstakes drawings. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time based mathematical skill testing question administered by phone/mail/email to be eligible for a prize. If an entrant changes his/her email address after he/she enters the Sweepstakes, it is his/her sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor by postal mailing notice to the Sponsor address (listed below) to be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners’ names may be announced (subject to verification) on Golf Channel.

6. General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). Each potential winner (if residents of a jurisdiction that deems winners to be minors, their parent or legal/guardians), at Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be required to execute, sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively “Affidavit/Release”) within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner or such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, such prize winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning entry. By entering Sweepstakes, entrants agree to all of the following: to be bound by these Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to indemnify and hold harmless the sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes; to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities; and to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules. If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that does not deem him/her to be of the age of majority prize will be awarded in the name of such minor’s parent/legal guardian. Once submitted entry information becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, use, assign, and/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to an entrant or any third party. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (and terms of service) posted at the Golf Channel’s Web Site. Thus, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policies: (1) entry and/or winner’s (winner’s parent/legal guardian, if winner is minor) acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on Web Site), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or any prize awarded and (2) Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Sponsor will not provide any personally identifying information of minors, regardless of its source, to any third party without the express written consent of entrant’s parent/legal guardian. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with the Sweepstakes will be prosecuted and is not eligible for a prize. If, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct any or all of the drawings from among all salvageable eligible Entries received for a given Individual Sweepstakes, if any. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Entry, the owner of the email account will be deemed the entrant, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Disclaimers: The Sponsors shall not be responsible for any change in Winner’s Amateur status under relevant USGA or RCGA Amateur Status Rules that may occur as a result of winning a prize in the Sweepstakes, accepting and partaking in a prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for multiple Entries of any kind entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are late, destroyed, forged, lost, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, mechanically duplicated, incomplete, deleted, damaged, postage due or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; acceptance/possession, use/misused, and/or defects of the prizes awarded herein; even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, (including but not limited to, incase of Canadian winners, disputes over answers to mathematical skill test questions) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes or any Website or online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrants (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects or any other errors or malfunctions.
