Sweepstakes begins 4/12/05 and ends 8/1/05. PGA Free Lesson Month’s "Ultimate Golf Getaway" Sweepstakes Official Rules:

1. To enter, complete a PGA Free Lesson Card (FLC) (if FLC is missing, see rule No.6) by printing your name, address, phone number and e-mail address in the spaces provided, or enter online by accessing either www.golfdigest.com, www.golfforwomen.com, www.playgolfamerica.com/freelessonmonth or www.thegolfchannel.com during the active dates listed above. You must schedule and take a 10-minute Free Lesson with any participating PGA Professional. A partial listing of participating PGA Professionals appears in the May 2005 issue of Golf Digest; the full list will be on www.GolfDigest.com, www.golfforwomen.com, www.playgolfamerica.com/freelessonmonth and www.thegolfchannel.com and will be updated regularly. Have the PGA Professional complete and sign your entry card. The PGA Professional may return, in the envelope provided, all FLCs that he or she collects, or you may affix first-class postage to your own FLC. Residents of California only may obtain the FLC as described in rule No. 6 and do not need to take the free 10-minute lesson, nor have their entry completed or signed by a PGA Professional for eligibility. However, the name of a participating PGA Professional must be listed on these entries. Entries received from residents of any other state without the participating PGA Professional signature are void.

2. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (EST) on 8/1/05. Limit one entry per person; one prize per person, family or household.

3. One Grand Prize winning FLC, naming one amateur and one PGA Professional, will be selected in a random drawing on or around 8/15/05 from all eligible entries. The PGA Professional who has given the most free lessons and sent in the most FLCs will also be named a Grand Prize winner on or around 8/15/05; in the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen at random from among the PGA Professionals who submit the most FLCs. In the event the PGA Professional who has given the most free lessons is the Grand Prize PGA Professional winner on the FLC chosen at random, another PGA Professional will be chosen at random. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received for any reason, including reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsors or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. By participating in this Sweepstakes you agree to be bound by all decisions and rules of Sponsors, which are final.

4. Prizes: Grand Prize: Three (3) Grand Prize winners (The PGA Professional who has given the most free lessons plus one amateur and one PGA Professional chosen at random) will receive one appearance on The Golf Channel’s Your Game Night at a date to be determined by Sponsors. In addition, each Grand Prize winner will receive round-trip, economy-class airfare from a major commercial airport near their hometown in the U.S. to a major commercial airport near the taping, ground transportation to and from the airport, three days/two nights accommodations, one round of golf, custom-fit Nike golf clubs (1 driver, Pro Combo irons: 3-PW, 2 wedges, 1 fairway wood and 1 putter), and $1,000 worth of Nike Golf footwear, apparel, or bags. Approximate retail value of each prize: $5,500. Reservations are subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply. If a winner is unable to participate at date determined by sponsors, and alternate winner will be selected. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within five days of receipt. Non-compliance within time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Runner-Up Prize: One hundred (100) runner-up winners will receive PGA First Swing Golfer’s Guide and either one dozen Nike Mojo golf balls or a Golf Digest Breaking 100,90,80 book or. Approx. retail value: $50.00. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in awarding prize to another winner. Entry and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, photograph, or other likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade and promotion by The Golf Digest Companies, The PGA of America, The Golf Channel, and/or Nike Golf without further compensation to the winner, unless prohibited by law. You may at times receive email offers from The Golf Digest Companies, the PGA of America, The Golf Channel, and Nike Golf or carefully selected third parties of The Golf Digest Companies, the PGA of America, The Golf Channel, and/or Nike Golf. Please check the box on the FLC if you do not wish to receive such offers.

5. Sweepstakes open only to residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Golf Digest Companies, the PGA of America, The Golf Channel, Nike Golf, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and sweepstakes agencies and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Winners will be notified by phone or mail. Prize is not transferable nor redeemable for cash. No substitution of prizes permitted except by Sponsors, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Odds of winning for the amateur and for the randomly selected PGA Professional are determined by the number of eligible entries received, estimated to be 6,000. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Income and other taxes, if any, as well as airport charges, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law.
