| Grant Boone is a host for The Golf Channel's live tournament coverage. Boone, an eight-year radio broadcast veteran, shares play-by-play responsibilities with Golf Central anchor and reporter Kraig Kann and covers a variety of professional tours, including the PGA and LPGA. Prior to joining TGC, Boone served as play-by-play announcer for PGA Tour radio for three years. He joined PGA Tour radio after serving five years as sports director of USA Radio, where he anchored hourly sportscasts and covered major sporting events such as The Masters, Super Bowl, NCAA Men's Final Four and Major League Baseball's All-Star Game. Boone, a graduate of Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, is married and has three children. | |
