Vince Cellini

Vince Cellini begins his fifth season as host of one of the GOLF CHANNEL’s most popular original programs.

Cellini has co-hosted The Big Break since its third season, which was the first ladies-only version. For The Big Break VII: Reunion at Reunion he will serve as the contestants’ guide to the challenges – explaining rules and how the challenges and scoring will be structured.

As a broadcaster, Cellini brings a wealth of experience to the show. Following an acclaimed career as a sports host for various Turner networks – best known as an award-winning anchor for CNN Sports – he joined the GOLF CHANNEL in 2003. His duties for the network also include hosting the Grey Goose 19th Hole, co-anchoring the network’s popular, nightly news program, Golf Central, and reporting from select PGA TOUR events. In addition, he has served as host for The Big Break All-Star Challenge featuring celebrities from the world of sports and entertainment.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Cellini began his sports broadcasting career at WJW-TV, where he was a three-time regional Emmy Award nominee for sports reporting. He joined CNN in 1989, where he won a 1996 Cable Ace Award for his work on CNN Sports Tonight.

Stephanie Sparks joins Vince Cellini for a fifth run as co-host. As she did for Big Break VI: Trump National, she will again use her considerable experience on the links for The Big Break VII: Reunion at Reunion.

An accomplished golfer, Sparks was an All-American at Duke University from 1992 – 1994. During her amateur career, she notched an impressive list of wins including Women’s Western Amateur Champion, Women’s Eastern Amateur Champion, Women’s North and South Champion, and West Virginia State Amateur Champion. After turning professional in 1996, Sparks joined the FUTURES Golf Tour before joining the LPGA Tour in 2000. Sparks’ LPGA career was cut short after the 2000 season due to a back injury.
